Which part? I think bankruptcy is very unlikely (esp with the new valuation news, which I believe to be accurate), but the potential penalties are large enough to be business-ending
imo we really need Anthropic to be fine. They're also the most likely to care about artists and writers, period.
If they cared about artists, they wouldn't steal all their work without permission. They're just miserable thieves trying to capitalize on culture.
